Investment Criteria
Aditya Birla Private Equity focuses on investments in fast growing companies that:
| | Already are or could be potential leaders in their space. | | | Have experienced or dynamic management team with proven track record of success. | | | Have the potential to grow top-line at 30%+ CAGR for 4-5 years after our investment. | | | Have reasonable pricing power through differentiated offering or price inelasticity of their offering. | | | Have a scalable business, strong and profitable business model and clear business plans for at least 3 years. | | | Are open to good corporate governance and financial discipline. | The strategy of Aditya Birla Private Equity is to take significant minority stakes through equity, quasi-equity or equity linked instruments in companies with the above characteristics. While buyouts or early stage investments are not the area of focus, such situations may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
