Mr. Deepak Patel in the new CEO of Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd, the BPO arm of Aditya Birla Nuvo. He takes over the reins from Mr. Dev Bhattacharya, who continues to be on the board of directors of the company. In addition to heading the BPO operations spanning seven countries, Mr. Patel will also oversee the operations of PSI Data Systems, the IT solutions business of the Group.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Patel was the Managing Director and Group COO of Mphasis Limited (an EDS company). He brings with him close to two decades of well rounded experience in various roles with EDS in the United States and other parts of the world. He is a Mechanical Engineer by training.
