Esprit launches privilege card, the new Esprit customer relationship initiative

Esprit, the global brand in contemporary fashion, has launched its customer loyalty program - the Esprit Privilege Card (EPC). The program is designed to honour and recognize Esprit's most valued customers. The EPC programme will be managed by Wunderman India Ltd.
Every customer who makes a purchase at Esprit's exclusive stores in India becomes an EPC Red member and will receive regular SMS and e-mails on the latest arrivals and exclusive season previews of collections. In addition, they will enjoy a 10 per cent discount at any Esprit store in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, a unique benefit offered by an international brand.
On reaching a milestone of Rs. 25,000 worth of purchases in a calendar year, the member gets upgraded to the Platinum level of membership. The member at this level enjoys a multitude of privileges, rewards and benefits. A clear 10 per cent discount on all purchases made at any of Esprit's exclusive stores in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, invitations to VIP nites, preview shows and special events and SMS and e-mail alerts on new collections are some of the benefits.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Peter Hammond, Esprit Regional Director Asia, says, "At Esprit, we recognize the strategic importance of India as a key market. And keeping with our commitment to our customers the world over, we are launching the EPC in India. This program, I am sure, will strengthen our relationship with our most valued customers and give us an opportunity to recognize their contribution to Esprit."
